Dr. Thompson has spent time in all corners of the country, but is proud to call Jacksonville Beach his home. After graduating from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, he completed his emergency medicine residency as Chief Resident at the University of Arizona.

Matt has always had an interest in technology and completed an ultrasound fellowship at the University of Arizona. After implementing a multi-departmental ultrasound billing and cloud-based workflow for ERG, his focus on medical technology and workflow solutions broadened into the emerging field of Telehealth.

When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Lacey, and daughters. Otherwise, you may find him playing his guitar and piano, surfing, or cycling.
